Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.
We encountered issues with parking, frustrating. The website claimed on-site parking, but it was full upon our arrival. It took us half an hour to find alternative parking, disappointing especially in the cold.

The room was well decorated with plenty space, a balcony, and a writing desk.
Quaint and spotlessly clean hotel with beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Large room, large bathroom. Decent, efficient staff with smiling face. Excellent location as only 5 minutes to Banff Avenue. 5 min walk from the bus stop.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything.
The breakfast options were quite limited and could use more variety.

We truly enjoyed the place and its free of charge breakfast.
The hotel had a central setting right in the centre of Banff. And we were just next door to other activities, the mountains and all stores restaraunts and bars.

Had a great stay on vacation. The deluxe king room room was included with a comfortable bed, a balcony, a mini fridge. An electric kettle and refrigerators were an advantage. The location was very central, close to restaurants as well as skiing.
Their staff were distracted.

The location allowed me to easily walk to nearby restaurants and cafes.
The breakfast options were limited, and I found it wasn't as varied as I hoped.

The location was good, parking was helpful, and the jacuzzi was wonderful.
No air conditioning, bad shower, no view, average tv with some channels sound not working, labyrinth to get the free breakfast.

The decor was very homey and cozy. The entire hotel was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located. The continental breakfast was delicious!! They made an amazing fruit salad!!!
The bed was very very uncomfortable! That was quite disappointing as we were on a romantic getaway. And the ad was misleading regarding the jacuzzi.. It was just a jetted tub for one.

The continental breakfast was excellent with healthy choices, fresh fruit and yogurt, cereal, milk, toast, juices. We looked forward to the breakfast every morning. The hotel location was also excellent. Parking fee was only a nominal fee, very reasonal.
The bed linen and towels had seen their days and should be replaced. They were so old that body odor could be detected once inside them. The sheets were polyester blend so they feel rough and not fresh. Our room was comfortable with a small balcony and fairly roomy. We would come back if the rate is right.

We very much enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere of this lodge - comfortable and "homey!" It is also situated in an ideal spot where everything is accessable - sport activities, shopping, etc. We will definitely consider returning to this lodge in the future.....
